		<description>I use a long piece of doubled elastic, which I hook just under the bottle.  I adjust as necessary, by knotting up the elastic as it &quot;grows&quot;.  Evenutally, the elastic loses it&#039;s stretch and needs to be replaced.</description>

My biggest issue is that the water is attached to a beam  the end of the table and the next beam is about 4 or 5&#039; away.  I&#039;ll show it to my resident engineer.</description>
